Software Requirements Browser Compatability Montessori Live recommends that you use Firefox browser while using this website. Throughout this web site there are three major pieces of software that you will need to have installed on your computer for complete functionality. (see below)

If you are taking courses on Montessori Live you will also need to be able to submit many of your assignments in .doc format. This is the native format of MS Word. We ask that you format your documents to .doc format and NOT .docx.
| We welcome you to Montessori Live, a video library and training program for Montessori teacher education. Click on the course topic and then on the correct course section (fall, winter, spring, etc.). All courses will open on the published start dates. Please make sure you have a high speed connection and, preferably, a high speed processor. The videos may not work as well on older systems. We suggest Firefox and Safari as the best browsers for our program. Other browsers are problematic for certain components of our Website.Course categories

All of the forms and documents that are available for either viewing or download use Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF).To view these documents you will need the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
All of the movies in the Video Library are formatted with Apple's QuickTime .mov format. Both Mac and Windows Users will need to upgrade to Apple’s QuickTime 7 to play the movies.
